Integrative & Holistic

 

My approach to healing is relational, holistic and integrative, combining evidence-based treatment with tools such as sound healing, breathwork, energy healing, and meditation. I believe the comfort and safety of our relationship is the foundation which gives space for healing and expansion to occur. My intention is to build an authentic relationship where you can truly show up as yourself (in all forms and stages of being “you”), are accepted, and feel heard.

I am trauma informed and person centered. I offer a strength based and transpersonal approach and enjoy blending Eastern and Western medicine and philosophies.

I pull from the following approaches: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Somatic-based.

I offer clients resources such as worksheets, podcasts, articles, and poetry to use outside of our sessions to enhance our work together.

My deepest intention is to guide you to wholeness and self acceptance. Happiness is our birth right; we all deserve to feel that we are enough.. and much, much more. I find immense joy in helping others embody their authentic nature, build self worth, and live an inspired life.
