Her approach to healing is holistic and integrative. She is passionate about using sound, breath, energy healing, and mindfulness as tools to restore balance and invoke inner wisdom. Tara understands first hand that life can be painful and through her own challenges has come to know that with the right tools, we can suffer less, despite the obstacles we face. She has a natural ability to attune to her clients helping support them to identify and release the barriers that keep them stuck, help them listen and heighten their own their intuition, and address barriers that are holding them back. As an empath and intuitive since childhood, she strongly feels it is her dharma to help others release limiting beliefs, awaken to their power, and return to wholeness.

Tara is a lover and seeker of many paths and enjoys blending Eastern and Western traditions. Devoted to service and spiritual wisdom, her travels have taken her to Ethiopia, where she developed a counseling program at a children’s center, to studying traditional Vedic meditation and pranayama in the Himalayas of India.
As an ever-evolving student, she believes we are all here to be both student and teacher, to grow and expand through genuine authentic connection with one another.
It is Tara’s deepest belief that each heart matters and that all people have the right to reach their potential. The peace every individual develops ripples outward touching all of those around them, thus building a safer and more harmonious world we all deserve to live in.

“I started seeing Tara for sound healing when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer. I went weekly during my entire journey through chemo, surgery and have continued. I credit Tara and her wonderful sound healing bowls for getting me through.”

“My first therapy journey was with Tara, and I can't emphasize how perfect of a fit she was for me! She was a light through the tunnel of my journey, and I couldn't have found a more perfect guide. She kept me grounded and helped me stay true to myself and my goals. She asked the hard questions in the most compassionate, kind, and caring way.”

“Tara really makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.  I felt so calm and at peace after my session.”

“Tara has consistently gone above and beyond to meet my needs. From recommending diet tips, aromatherapy methods, meditation during session and more! It becomes obvious quite quickly that she pours her heart into her work. She truly wants to help individuals find a way to heal themselves. She takes a very holistic approach which is something I was looking for.”
