My approach to healing is relational, holistic and integrative, combining evidence-based treatment with tools such as sound healing, breathwork, energy healing, and meditation.
I believe the comfort and safety of our relationship is the foundation which gives space for healing and expansion to occur. My intention is to build an authentic relationship where you can truly show up as yourself (in all forms and stages of being “you”), are accepted, and feel heard.
