Shadow Cards

Shadow Cards were developed as a tool for mental and spiritual rejuvenation through creative self-expression by Deni-Lynn Thomas and Stephen Ihli. They consist of pairs of cards - one with words and the other with images. When a pair is chosen randomly, the power of association is stimulated. The cards access the unconscious by exercising individual interpretation. In other words, they trigger our intuition through recognition of metaphors in coincidence. They help us look at the different angles of any situation, circumstance or feeling. No matter what is happening or has happened in your life, it can be turned into an opportunity for growth and learning.
